$perimeter = sum of all sides$
let the equal sides be x
then,
according to question
x+x+3/1×2=8/5×14
2x+6 = 112/5
2x= 112/5 -6
2x=112-30/5
2x=82/5
x=82/5×2
x=41/5 or 8.2
