Given=》

perimeter = 120m

To Prove =》

Length and Breadth

Solution =》

Let the length = X m

Breadth = X+6

we know that,

perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

120= 2(x+x+6)

 \frac{120}{2}  = x + x + 6 \\  = 60 = 2x + 6 \\  = 60 - 6 = 2x \\  = 54 = 2x \\  = x =  \frac{54}{2}  \\  = x = 27

So , Length = 27m

Breadth =x+6

27+6

=33m

hope IT HELPs : )

Answer:

Perimeter of rectangular pool = 120m

Length = x m

Breadth = x + 6 m

A•TQ ( According To Question )

x + x + 6 = 120 m

2x + 6 = 120 m

2x = 120 = 20 m

6

2x = 20 m

x = 20

2

x = 10 m

Breadth = x = 10 m

Length = x + 6 = 10 + 6 = 16 m
