Perimeter of rectangular pool = 154 m

Let length= x metre

Length = 2 ( breadth) +2

= (2x+2) m

=Perimeter of rectangle= 2(l+b)

154=2[(2x+2)+x]

( dividing both sides by 2 )

2x+2+x = 77

3x+2 = 77

3x = 75

so, x = 25.

Breadth = 25m

Length= 2×(25+2)= 52m

Given ,

The perimeter of rectangle is 154 cm

The length of rectangle is 2 m more than twice of its breadth

Let ,

Breadth of rectangle be " x "

Then , length = 2 + 2x

We know that , the perimeter of rectangle is given by

 \boxed{ \tt{Perimeter = 2(l + b) }}

Thus ,

154 = 2(2 + 2x + X)

77 = 2 + 3x

75 = 3x

x = 25

★ Breadth = 25 cm

★ Length = 2 + 2(25) = 52 cm
