perimeter=30cm

a=12cm

b=12cm

c=?

a+b+c=p

12 + 12 + x = 30

24 + x = 30

x=6 cm

semiperimeter = 15 cm
area of triangle= (s+s-a+s-b+s-c)whole root
(15×3×3×9)whole root
3+3(5×3)root
6(15) root is the Nswer

The perimeter of the isosceles triangle is 30 cm = 2s.

Or, s = 15 cm.

The equal sides = 12 cm.

The base = 30–2*12 = 6 cm.

By Heron’s formula, Area = [15(15–12)(15–12)(15–6)]^0.5 = [15*3*3*9]^0.5 = 34.85685012 sq cm.
