Perimeter of the floor of a drawing room = 66m

Height(i.e breadth) of the room = 5.2m

Let the length of the room be x

ATP

2(l+b) = 66

=) 2(5.2+x) = 66

=) 10.4+2x = 66

=) 2x = 66-10.4

=) 2x = 55.6

=) x = 55.6/2

=) x = 27.8

Area of the four walls of the room

= (l×b)

= (27.8×5.2)m²

= 144.56m²
