Let the breadth of rectangle be x cm

length = (x+3) cm

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

134=2(x+3+x)

67=2x+3

x=64/2 = 32 cm

Length = 32+3 = 35cm

Breadth= 32cm
