Answer:

2(l+b)=13 cm

2 (l+11/4)=13

l+11/4=13/2

so, l= 13/2-11/4=(26-11)/4=15/14 cm= 1whole 1/14 cm

Answer:

3/4 = length

Step-by-step explanation:

 p = 2(l + b) \\  =  > 13 = 2(l +  \frac{23}{4} ) \\  =  >  \frac{13}{2}  = l +  \frac{23}{4}   \\  =  >  \frac{13}{2}  -  \frac{23}{4}  = l \\  =  >  \frac{26 - 23}{4}   =l \\  =  >  \frac{3}{4}  = l \\
