The perimeter of rectangle is 50cm ,if lenght exceeds it's breadth by
5 cm ,find the lenght and breadth​

let the breadth be x cm

therefore lenghth will be x+5 cm

perimeter of rectangle= 2(l+b)

according to the given condition,

2(x+x+5)= 50

2(2x+5)= 50

4x+10= 50

4x= 40

x=10

breadth=x= 10cm

length=x+5=10+5= 15cm
