Answer:

Given :-

  • Perimeter of rectangle = 69 cm
  • Length = 17 cm

To Find :-

Breadth

Solution :-

 {\small \mathfrak \red {\underline{ \dag \: As \:  we \:  know  \: that}}}

  \sf \purple{Perimeter  = 2(Length + Breadth)}

 \rm{69= 2(17 + b)}

 \rm{69 = 34 + 2b}

 \rm \: 69 - 34 = 2b

 \rm \: 35 = 2b

 \rm \: b \: =  \cancel \dfrac{35}{2}

 \mathfrak \red{ Breadth = 17.5 \: cm}

Sᴏʟᴜᴛɪᴏɴ:

Perimeter = 2 (length + breadth)

69 = 2 (17 + b)

69= 34 + 2 b

69 - 34 = 2 b

35 = 2 b

BREADTH = 17 .5
