4 × 15 = 60 cm

now given 60 = perimeter of rectangle

60 perimeter of rectangle

60 = 2 ( l + b )

60 = 2 ( 17 + b )

60/2 = 17 + b

30-17 = b

13 = b

Ans- 13 cm will be breadth.
