Find out :- The dimensions of the rectangular gardens =?

“Let suppose that the length of the Rectangular garden = x cm and then the value of the breadth B = (2/3)x cm.”

And we know that Perimeter P = 2(L+W)

2[x + (2/3)x]=40

(5/3)x = 20

x = (3×4)= 12 cm

So, the required value of the length x = 12 cm.

And the required value of the breadth B = (2/3)x= 8 cm answer

Solution :-

• Let the breadth of rectangular shape garden be x.
• And length of rectangular shape garden be 2x + 5.

The perimeter of rectangular shape garden is 340m.

We know that,

• Using formula,

• Perimeter of rectangle = 2(Length + Breadth)

• Putting all values in formula,

➻ 340 = 2[(2x + 5) + (x)]

➻ 340 = 4x + 10 + 2x

➻ 340 = 4x + 2x + 10

➻ 340 = 6x + 10

➻ 340 - 10 = 6x

➻ 330 = 6x

➻ x = 330/6

➻ x = 55
