perimeter \: of \: rhombus = 4 \times side = 80cm\\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: = side = \frac{80}{4} \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: = side = 20cm
Now,
(Another diagonal's half)² = (20)² - (16)²
= √400 - 256
= √144 = 12 cm

Hence,
Another diagonal is 24 cm.
And, Area = D1 ×D2
= (24 × 32) cm²
= 768 cm²
