Perimeter = 104cm

side = perimeter/4

       = 104/4cm

       = 26cm

Given diagonal(d₁) = 48cm

Let other diagonal be 'd₂'

A/c to pythagoras theorem,

  (d₁/2)²+(d₂/2)² = side²

  ⇒ 24² + (d₂/2)² = 26²

  ⇒ 576 +(d₂/2)² = 676

  ⇒ (d₂/2)² = 100

  ⇒ (d₂/2) = 10

  ⇒ d₂ = 20cm

∵Area of rhombus = 1/2×d₁×d₂

                                = 1/2×24×20cm²

                                = 24×10cm²

                                = 240cm²
