the perimeter of rhombus is 52 CM if one diagonal is 24 cm find the length of its other diagonal​

s=13cm
let the Rhombus be a b c d and the diagonals intersect each other at o.
the diagonals of a Rhombus bisect each other at right angles
therefore,ao=12cm
and ab=13cm
therefore, 12^2 +ob^2=13^2
ob=5cm, bd =10cm
the other diagonal= 10cm

Side of a rhombus= ¼×52cm=13cm

Let AC = 24cm so that

AO= ½×24cm=12cm

∴OB²=AB²−OA²

=(169-144)=25

or OB=5 and thus BD=2.OB=2×5=10cm

Area of the rhombus =

½×24×10

=120cm²
