PERIMETER OF THE SQUARE FIELD = 200m

PERIMETER OF SQUARE FIELD =4a
200/4 =a
a=50m

AREA OF SQUARE =A^2
=2500m

AREA OF SQUARE = AREA OF RECTANGLE

BREADTH OF THE RECTANGULAR FIELD =25m

SOLUTION :

AREA OF RECTANGULAR FIELD =(LENGTH) *(BREADTH)

2500=LENGTH *25

LENGTH =2500/25

LENGTH =100m

Solutions :-

Given :

Perimeter of Square = 200 m
Rectangular field of equal area whose breadth = 25 m

Find the length of side of square :-

Perimeter of Square = side × 4
200 = side × 4
Side = 200/4 = 50 m

Find the area of square :-

Area of square = (side)² square unit
= (50)² m²
= 2500 m²

Find the length of rectangular field of equal area :-

Area of rectangle = Length × Breadth
=> 2500 = Length × 25
=> Length = 2500/25 = 100

Hence,
Length of the rectangular field of equal area is 100 m
