Heya!

_________________________

Perimeter = 24m
Height= 6m
We know that,

Perimeter of a rectangular room= 2(l+b)
Surface area of room= 2h(l+b)

Perimeter= 24m
Height=6m

Thus, 2h(l+b)

in other way,

2(l+b)h

We know that 2(l+b) is perimeter and perimeter is 24m, so we will replace 2(l+b) by 24m

= 24×6
=144m^2

hiii!!!

here's ur answer...

given that the perimeter of the base of the room is 24m.

therefore 2(l+b) = 24m

height of the room is 6m

now,

we have to find the area of the four walls means CSA.

CSA of the room = 2(l+b)h

= 24×6

= 144m²

hence area of the four walls is 144m²

hope this helps..!
