we know that the lateral surface area of a cuboid(room) is perimeter of base multiplied by height=2(l+b)*h.
given perimeter of floor is 250m
and height is 4m
so l.s.a. is 250*4=1000m
cost of painting 1 square metre=rs 12
cost of painting 1000 square metre=1000*12=rs12000
