The perimeter of the floor of a room is 40 m and its
height is 3.5 m. Find the area of the four walls of the
room. Also find the cost of preparing the four walls at
35 per m.​

area of four walls = 2*h ( l + b)

= 2*3.5 * 20

140m. = 35*140= 4900rs
