Let the breadth be x

length = 3x + 10      (thrice its breadth + 10)

Now Perimeter  =  2(l+b)

perimeter = 500

500 = 2 (3x+10+x)

500 = 2 (4x+10)

500 = 8x + 20

8x = 480

x = 60

hence , breadth = 60m

Now , length = 3x+10  = 3(60) + 10    = 180+10 = 190m
