let l=x
Then b=2x
2(l+b)=4a
2(x+2x)=4*16.5
6x=33/5
X=33/5*1/6
x=33/30
x=1.1 cm

Then,
L=x=1.1 cm
&
b=2x=2*1.1=2.2 cm

Perimeter of rectangular field = perimeter of square feild
2(l+b) = 4× side of square
2 × 3b = 4× 16.5[ l = 2b]
6b = 66
[b = 11]
l = 2b
Therefore,
[l = 22]
