Let the width of garden be a m

Length = (a +4) m

Perimeter = 2(Length + Width)

=> 2 ( a + 4 + a) = 36

=> 2a + 4 = 18

=> 2a = 14

=> a = 7

Width = 7 m

Length = 11 m
