Step-by-step explanation:

Perimeter of a rhombus = 4a

4a = 144 => a = 144/4 => a = 36

Area of rhombus when diagonals are known = d¹ * d² *1/2

From the above attachment d² = 53.6

area = 48 × 53.6 × 1/2

= 1286.4 cm²
