2(L+B)=34

area=60

L×B=60......................................................................................(2)

from 1 we get

L=17-B

putting the above value in 2

(17-B)×B=60

17B-B^2=60

B^2-17B-60=0

B^2-12B-5B-60=0

on solving we get B=12 or 5

B=12 is not possible

now putting B=5 in equation 2

L=12

length of diagonal=square root (12^2+5^2)

=13m
