perimeter = 52 cm
sum of all the sides= 52 cm
let first side be a cm, second side be b cm,third side be c cm and fourth side be d cm.
a+b+c+d =52 cm
first side is parallel to the third side as it is a teapezium.
non parallel sides are 10 vm each
a+10+c+10=52
a+c+20 =52
a+c =52-20=32cm
area of trapezium = 1/2*sum of parallel sides *altitide
= 1/2*32*8
=128 square cm

Answer:

From Pythagoras theorem 10² = 8² - x² x² = 36 x = 6

so, base of the right-angled triangles is 6cm.

The shorter parallel side of the trapezium = x,

The longer parallel side will = x + 2*6 = x + 12

P = x + x + 12 + 10 + 10 = 52 2x = 20 x = 10

Finally the side lengths of the trapezium are 10, 10, 10 and 22.

A = h/2(a + b) = 8/2 x 32 = 4 x 32 = 128cm²
