Perimeter= a+b+c

  15\frac{1}{7}= 9\frac{1}{4}+c

 \frac{106}{7}=\frac{37}{4}+c

 c=106/7-37/4

 c= 424-259/28

 c=165/28

 c=5.89m (approx)
