Hello!!!

Step-by-step explanation:

Your Answer is-

Let the sides be 3x, 4x , 5x

Perimeter = 144

3x + 4x + 5x = 144

12 x = 144

x = 12

Hence the sides are,

3x = 3 * 12 = 36

4x = 4 * 12 = 48

5x = 5 * 12 = 60

For area we will use heron's formula

Area = ✓s (s-a) (s-b) (s-c)

Area = ✓72 * 36 * 24 * 12

Area = ✓746496

Area = 864 m2

Hope that helps
