the perimeter of two similar triangles are 35cm and 20 respectively if one side of the first angle is 9 cm long find the length of the corresponding side of the second Triangle​

Given :-

  • perimeter of two similar triangle are 35 cm and 20 cm
  • one side is 9 cm

To find:-

  • Length of corresponding side ?

Solution:-

as we know

If ABC and PQR are similar then

AB =BC= CA =perimeter of ABC

PQ. QR. RP. perimeter of ∆ PQR

now put value

9=35

x. 20

=>20×9=x×35

=>4×9=x×7

=>36÷7=X

=>5.14
