Let, the length of the corresponding altitude of the later triangle = x cm

Given that : The perimeter of first triangle = 30 cm and Perimeter of second triangle = 20 cm

Now, according to the question :

$\frac{12}{x} = \frac{30}{20} \\ \\ = > x = \frac{12 \times 20}{30} \\ \\ = > x = 8$

So, the length of corresponding altitude of later triangle will be 8 cm.
