We know perimeter of square = 4(side)
So Side of first square = 40/4 = 10 cm
Side of second square = 32/4 = 8 cm

Area of third Square = (10*10) - (8*8 )
= 36 cm

So side of third square = 6 [because area of square = side*side]
Perimeter = 4*Side = 4*6 = 24 cm

arpan33: thank you soooooo much
Shubhendu8898: ur most welcome
arpan33: can you tell me form were the 10*10 has came
Shubhendu8898: as we know that area of a sequre is side*side ...for first it is 10*10
Shubhendu8898: similarly 8*8
arpan33: as i see 10*10- 8*8 how it becom 36
Shubhendu8898: 100-64=36
