perimeter of A=44

4a=44

a=11

area of A=a^2=11^2=121

perimeter of B=67

4a=67

a=16.7

area of B=a^2=16.7^2=278.89

Area of A+B(say C)=121+278.89

=399.89

area of C=> a^2=399.89

a=√399.89

a=19.9

Therefore, perimeter of C=4a

=4(19.9)

=79.6
