The perimeter of the rectangle = the perimeter of the square

The side of the square = 13m

Therefore the perimeter of the square = 13 x 4 = 52 m

therefore the perimeter of the rectangle is 52 m.

The length of the rectangle is 16m

Let the breadth of the reactangle be x.

Then, according to the problem, we can write that :

2 ( 16 + x) = 52

=> 32 + 2x = 52

=> 2x = 52 - 32

=> 2x = 20

=> x = 20/2 = 10m

therefore the breadth of the rectangle is 10 m
