The perimeters of two similar triangles are 30 cm and 20 cm respectively.
If one side of the first triangle is 9 cm long, find the length of the
corresponding side of the second triangle.​

Those two triangles can't be congruent.

Because if 2 triangles are said to be congruent they have the equal measures.

If they have equal measures the perimeter and area should also be same

In your question the perimeters are of different values. Hence your triangles are not congruent.
