Given perimeter = 51.8m

And length = 16.5m

and we know perimeter = 2(l + b)
This means perimeter = 2(16.5 + b)

But perimeter = 51.8m

So we can write

=> 2(16.5 + b) = 51.8m

=> 16.5 + b = 51.8/2

=> 16.5 + b = 25.9

=> b = 25.9 - 16.5

=> b = 9.4

Now we have to find the area.

What's the formula for area?

Yes, it's Length × Breadth

Hence, area of given rectangle
= length × breadth
= 16.5 × 9.4

=> 155.1m²

Hope it helps dear friend ☺️✌️

P=51.8m
l=16.5m
b=?
A=?
Perimeter of rectangle=2(l+b)
51.8=2(16.5+b)
=(2×16.5)+(2×b)
=33+2b
51.8 -33=2b
18.8=2b
b=18.8÷2
b=9.4m

Area=l×b
=16.5×9.4
=155.1m²

Hope it helps
