Given :   6x - [6x]  

To find : period of  function

Solution:

6x - [6x]  

[x]  = x - {x}   where {x}  represent fractional part

=> 6x - [6x]    

= 6x  -  ( 6x - {6x})

=   {6x}

Hence period will be 1/6

period of 6x - [6x] is  1/6
