copper = 3 1/2 gm = 7/ 2 gm

tin = 2 3/4 gm = 11/ 4 gm

copper : tin = 7/2 : 11/4

L.C.M (2,4) = 4

copper : tin = 7×4/2 : 11×4/4

= 14 : 11
