The ph of 10^-11 M HCL at 25° C is

3) Slightly greater than 7

Explanation:

The usual formula we use is..

pH = -log[H+]

But the main point that is to be remembered is that the above formula can be used only if H+ concentration is >10^-7

Now, since H+ concentration given is 10^-11, it simply means that the HCl is so dilute and the pH is somewhere near 7 but not 7 for example 6.99.
