PH = - log [H+]

4 = - log [H+]

[H+] = 10^(-4)

[H+] = 0.0001

Here molarity of the solution will be equal to concentration of 1 × [H+] because there is only one H+ ion and one Cl- ion

0.0001M

Hope this helps.
