the answer is sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3)

the equation for its formation
NaCl + H2O + CO2 + NH3= nh4cl + NaHCO3

the two uses are:-
->used as an antacid
-> used as fire extinguisher.

You will not any marks for your answer because you have written a totally different solution which has no link with the question.
Hope you are satisfied
