The pH of soil A is 7.5 while that of soil B is 4.5. Which of the two soils A or B should be treated with powdered chalk to adjust its pH and why?

soil B should be treated with powder chalk.... because plants required specific pH range for their healthy growth. by adding chalk powder to soil B.... it will be equal to soil A... soil will be neutral.... or basic in nature... if we add chalk powder to soil B then it will turn into basic nature has it was acidic nature before.... so we add powdered Chalk to soil B
