Subject: replacement of the defective photocopier

Sir,

It was on the 22nd of June 2020 that my company had bought 5 photocopier from your company. Within three months of working it was destroyed. I called a nearby service provider and he said that the photocopy here had many defective parts. It is still within the warranty period. so I think it would be best for us if you can replace the defective parts of the machine.

I shall be highly obliged if you kindly look into the matter
