from Newton's 2nd law of motion :-
rate of change of momentum per unit time is known as force .

eg F = m( Vf - Vi)/∆t

F = ∆P/∆t

now, ∆P= F.∆t

hence, change in momentum is equal to product of force and change In time .
this is what ???
yeah !!! impulse , becoz impulse is product of force and change of time .

hence option ( IV) is correct
