Decrease in  price : 25%
25% = 25/100 = 1/4
25% decrease--- 4(original)-------3(decreased)
3===60 Rs.
1===20 Rs.
4===80 Rs.
4 more fruits are available now, that is, difference of 20 Rs.
20 Rs. difference=== 4 fruits more
5 Rs.==== 1 fruit
80 Rs==== 16 fruits.
Now since the price reduced, this '16' fruits can be purchased for '60 Rs.'(reduced price)
Hence one can purchase 16 fruits after decrease.

OR
25%==1/4.... 4=====3
4 fruits more for reduced price.
Let the number of fruits at original price be 'x'
At reduced price: x+4 fruits
4x = 3(x+4)
4x = 3x + 12
x = 12
Hence, now one can buy x+4 = 16 fruits.
Hope it helps.
