when a weak acid and a weak baseare mixed to form a solution,the ph of the solution is determined by following formula

ph=7+1/2[pka-pkb]

=7+1/2[4.76-4.75]

=7+1/2[0.01]

=7+0.005

ph=7.005

Hope it helps you

\huge\boxed{\underline{\mathcal{\red{A}\green{N}\pink{S}\orange{W}\blue{E}\purple{R}}}}

  • ❤..{pH}=+{1/2[pka - pkb]}
  • ={7+1/2[4.76-4.75]}
  • ={7+1/2[0.01]=7+0.005=7.005}
