☆ Salt satyagraha was started by Gandhiji in 1930.

☆ Gandhi started a March from Gandhi nagar to Dandi.

☆ This was also called as Dandi March.

☆ Gandhiji walked nearly 70 miles and reached Dandi where he broke salt...

YASHIKAJINDAL: It was of 240 miles from Sabarmati ashram to Dandi he started on 11 March and ended on 6 April covering 10 miles in a day with his 78 volunteers
