The plant cells do not have centrioles.

It is found only in animal cells.  

These are paired organelles, which are unique located together near the nucleus within the centrosome, which is a granular form that works as a unifying center for microtubules.

Although centrioles render a definite role in the mitosis of an animal cell, however, plant cells can do the job of reproduction without centrioles.
