- After amending the Indian Forest Act, 1927 the new change will be applied to the bamboo's sector. Before this act the Bamboo's was count as the Trees. but now, after amending the section 2(7) of an Indian Forest Act, 1927 Bamboo is no longer consider as a tree.
- So from now any bamboo's is grown in private or steading land by million's of farmers, which does not require permission or transit from the forest department of any state.
