The plants grow fastest if we add fertilisers in the soil, but if we add manure, plants grow but at a slower rate. Give reason.

PLANTS NEED A LOT OF NITROGEN AND POSPHATE FOR THEIR GROWTH OF LEAF AND STEM ,AS FERTILIZERS ARE RICH IN NITROGENEOUS SOURCES THEY SUPPORT MORE GROWTH THAN MANURE.
