Hey dear here is your answer!!!!!

The drama "The Dear Departed" reflects the society of today. Now, children don't even care about their parents. All they want is money, they love money more than their blood relations. They forget all the pain that their parents had suffered from to raise them up to be independent. They don't leave a chance to pinch someone even if it is their sibling. But still there are people like the grand daughter who loved her grandfather immensely and cared for him. This conveys a social message that in modern times people are losing their humanity. The family values are being lost with time.
