If a person accepts himself or herself the way they are than nothing can change them. When people see that a person is lacking self confidence they try to influence the person in numerous ways. This was the case with the nightingale. She was a wonderful singer but she did not have confidence in herself. She could not accept the fact that she was a good singer thus she let the frog mentor her to make her better. Although ultimately this led to her downfall. If she would have accepted herself and had the confidence that she was good then the frog would not have been able to influence her. Someone who is hard to influence easily gets accepted by the world because the world does not have the courage to tell someone who is ready to accept himself/herself otherwise. Thus, if one accepts himself/herself, the world accepts him/her.

This statement is true as in the poem frog and the nightingale the bird nightingale has exceptionally melodious and sweet voice . But as she was innocent she believes in the frog and lets him overpower herself. Although she was talented but due to the unpresence of confidence in her she suffers finally bursts a vein and dies. Hence the poem gives us the message that along with talent one should be confident about it and smart enough not to let anyone overpower them.
