• We must have a strong, healthy mind and body, so that we can battle the challenges in moments of adversity or hardship. We must be willing to meet and tackle obstacles quickly. When we are weak, somebody would still wait around the corner for us to intimidate and defeat us.
• During periods of hardship those who are physically and emotionally frail are defeated, while the powerful thrive. The strong will reassess the problems that have caused the damage and find a solution.
• Teenagers face real concerns on a daily basis as this is the most awkward growth stage of their lives. During this time, teens are exposed to some overwhelming internal and external struggles.
• They go through many changes and encounter several problems and are expected to cope with hormonal changes, work and school pressures, social and parental forces,   peer competition,  defiant behaviours, bullying, depression, cyber addiction, and so on.  
• Much as if we have strong homes, we can stay safe, so can we meet every difficult challenge of life if our hearts are strong
